Dolphin Radar Referral Offer — Terms & Conditions

1) Overview

By participating in the Dolphin Radar referral offer (“Offer”), you agree to these Terms. If you share the invite link, you are a Referrer. If you receive and use an invitation, you are an Invitee.

2) Eligibility

Offer is available where Dolphin Radar operates. Invitee bonus is for new customers only (no prior paid subscription). We may verify eligibility.

3) How it works

● The Referrer shares their unique invite link.

● The Invitee must start from that link and complete their first successful paid subscription in the same browser/session.

● When tracked and verified, rewards are applied automatically.

4) Rewards

● Referrer reward: +7 days of membership time for each Invitee who completes their first paid subscription via the Referrer’s link.

● Invitee reward: +30 bonus days added once to the Invitee’s first paid subscription.

● If an invitation page or campaign displays a different bonus, that displayed amount governs for that invite.

5) Attribution & tracking

Referrals are attributed only when the Invitee begins from the Referrer’s link and checks out in the same session/device. Private mode, cookie blockers, VPNs, or switching devices may prevent tracking. No retroactive credit if tracking fails or the link was not used.

6) Exclusions

No self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or referrals made primarily for resale/abuse. Refunded, canceled, or chargeback transactions are ineligible. Certain coupons, enterprise plans, or promotions may be incompatible.

7) Nature of reward

Rewards are time credits only—not cash, not transferable, and not for sale or exchange.

8) Timing

Rewards are granted after the Invitee’s first successful payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary.

9) Limited-time availability

10) Changes & termination

The Offer may be changed, paused, or canceled at any time without prior notice, including reward amounts and eligibility rules.
